In this study, we proposed a double exposure method using synchrotron white X-rays (DEM-WX) to measure strains of coarse-grained materials, and examined its feasibility. 大型放射光施設 SPring-8では、現在 57本のビームラインが稼働しているが、そのビームラインの多くが単色 X線を利用している。しかし、本来の放射光は様々な波長を含んでおり、分光器を介さないこれらの光は白色 X線と呼ばれている。白色 X線を利用した応力測定は、古くは 1970年代から登場[1]しており、当時は比較的低エネルギの白色 X線が利用されてきた。 1990年代に入り、SPring-8に代表される第 3世代の大型放射光施設の台頭によって次第に高エネルギ白色 X線の利用が容易となり、主に欧米を中心に研究が進められてきた。 白色 X線を利用した応力測定は、半導体検出器(Solid State Detector: SSD)を利用したエネルギ分散法が一般的である。しかし、ここ数年、白色 X線による応力測定は検出器の開発とともに大きな変革期を迎えている。 本稿では従来のエネルギ分散法による応力測定法の紹介の他に、新たな検出器による白色 X線を利用した応力測定法について述べる。...
